“Every sense is simultaneously a condition of the body.
The body’s actions reflect a certain state of the soul.”

 
The Courwse task: to train your body to express inner moods by external means, remove “rigidities”, and learn to sense the other person at the level of “bodily intuition”.
I. Physical training,

aimed at removing “rigidities” and gaining the skill to control your body, includes a set of exercises in order to develop
– flexibility of joint-muscle apparatus;
– equilibrium (control in statics);
– coordination (control in dynamics).

II. Individual correction of:

– bearing;
– gait.

III. Special exercises

aimed at development of “bodily intuition”.
Note. Bearing, gait, and bodily movements may enable us to learn about a person’s inner world and his/her present state.
